Operating in a complex, safety-critical environment, the Director provides strategic and long-term direction for the critical systems, technology and infrastructure that support safe, resilient and efficient airport operations. This includes passenger processing, baggage handling, building automation, public address systems, facilities infrastructure, and information management and technology.
