ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
You will be responsible for overseeing lease/license management, commercial-related customer relations and assisting with business development activities.
Ideally, you have post-secondary education in a related field, a minimum of seven years experience managing a commercial property, seven years’ experience administering commercial contracts and/or legal agreements at a mid-senior level, supervisory experience, contracts/agreement negotiating experience and strong property financial knowledge. You are adept with MS office and have experience with business development.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent stakeholder and customer relation skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills with proficiency in negotiation have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse and busy environment.
